i had the deluxe queen room, it was bright. it had jacuzzis in the large bathroom.

Fairly clean small hotel with very, very nice staff. Good and magnificent location, just a walk down to everywhere. A wide array of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Really amazing experience there.

The location was great, about a 10-minute walk into town. I appreciated the room with an excellent view of mount tampa. the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The service here was excellent and they have convenient on-site parking available.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, very close to the mountain, shops, restaurants, and the city center. the room was spacious with a large bed. the staff were friendly and available all the time.

Loved the free WiFi, it's the only way I can pretend to be busy while ignoring my travel companion. And thank goodness for free parking, otherwise, I'd have to burn off all these croissants by walking everywhere!

Oh, and let's not forget the charming surprise of having to squeeze through two heavy doors and navigate stairs just to get to the hotel. Such a delightful workout!

Beautiful location, close to gondola and city center, luxury room with double Jacuzzi, fantastic and caring hosts, wonderful breakfast, rooms with character and comfy bed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center within walking distance to the main market. Cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian street and historic center of the city. the room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom. the staff was very helpful and breakfast was tasty but a bit expensive. the hotel also offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and a variety of facilities including air conditioning.

Finding parking in the city can be challenging, and there is no private parking available at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to easily explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were incredibly friendly and attentive to all my needs. The room amenities were exceptional, from the comfortable bed and sitting area to the modern and well-equipped bathroom. I especially loved the air conditioning, mini-bar, and the free toiletries provided. the level of comfort and luxury exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Pros": We got exceptional value for our money at Residence Castelului. The room was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the accommodation. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town with its vibrant restaurant scene and close proximity to the beautiful mountains. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast spread, with freshly baked pastries and a variety of hot and cold options. the hotel offered free parking which was a huge advantage during the busy holiday season.

The rooms were quite small and lacked functional lighting and plugs. the doors did not stay closed properly unless locked with a key, which was inconvenient.

amazing stay, surpassed all expectations. excellent location, close to main area and shopping center. new furniture, LED TV with many channels. free wifi, slippers, and view of the mountain. polite and helpful staff. they even made fresh breakfast on the spot.
